What makes your jewelry unique?
My jewelry is entirely handmade. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and there is only one available. I take pride in the craftsmanship and individuality of each creation.
How often do you launch new collections?
I am planning to do four seasonal launches throughout the year, where you can discover fresh, new styles. Each launch will consider what designs were most popular in the previous launch. To stay updated on these launches, follow us @ullajewelry on Instagram.
Can I request custom-made jewelry?
Currently, I don't offer custom-made jewelry, but I always appreciate your input and
suggestions. I will gladly take inspiration from your ideas and feedback. Please contact me through Instagram for any ideas you may have!
What materials do you use to create your jewelry?
Sustainability and durability are my priorities. I use high quality Japanese Miyuki glass
beads, fresh water pearls, and semi-precious stones. All metals are nickel-free, and mostly stainless steel. While my jewelry is not fully made of sustainable materials, I stay informed about the latest developments in sustainable materials to ensure
the highest quality.

How do you package your jewelry?
I am committed to minimizing our environmental footprint. All my jewelry comes in
sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed to protect your purchase and the
environment.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept various payment methods for your convenience, including iDeal and a variety of
credit cards. Choose the option that suits you best during the checkout
process. If you prefer a bank transfer, please contact me through my e-mail: ullajewelryCO@gmail.com. Your product will be shipped once I have received the payment.
Disclaimer: If you opt to purchase through bank transfer, while I will be as quick as possible, I cannot guarantee that the chosen pieces will still be available once I process your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times and costs may
vary depending on your location. At check-out you will find the rates for your
location. Track and trace is always added to ensure transparency in deliveries.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, with the exception of broken products at arrival. If
you have received a piece that is broken, please send an email to ullajewelryCO@gmail.com.
